2. Account Eligibility

To register and use mamibet's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Not to be on the platform's self-exclusion or ban list.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not to register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.

MamiBet reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. If you fail to verify your eligibility, your account may be suspended or terminated, and any balance or wins may be forfeited at the platform's discretion.

3. Registration & Identity Verification (KYC)

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at mamibet. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all funds within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile number, and preferred payment method.

MamiBet implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to platform security and anti-money laundering compliance. This process may require you to submit the following documents:

• A copy of your valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill not older than 3 months)

• Deposits made through unauthorised channels will be returned, less any processing fees charged by the bank.

5. Fund Withdrawal

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not claim more than one active bonus at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Your own use of the platform in breach of these Terms.
